Singapore Assets Training & Technical Services PL Full time

- Expected Start Date: Immediate**Responsibilities**:_
- Assist in planning, coordinating and logistics for the smooth-running of training
- Assist in managing in-house training management system and TP gateway -by SSG
- Assist in course preparation, such as schedule classes, set up systems and equipment in ensuring smooth delivery of classes
- Pre-course preparation such as ensure manuals are in supplies
- Work closely with the training department to review programmes and materials
- Maintain records, documentation and database for programmes/initiatives.
- Liaising with sales team for course registration
- Provide admin support to overseas branch
- **Job Requirements**_
- Minimum 'O' Levels or equivalent
- Strong organisational skills and ability to maintain detailed records
- Independent, resourceful and has a high level of commitment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
