Training Program Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Partnering with Subject Matter Expert to develop and design e-learning training content
- Develop WSQ and non-WSQ modules from conceptualization and for course accreditation
- Manage LMS, schedule and implement e-learning training programmes
- To review curriculum and course materials to ensure they are updated and in compliance with the standards
- Plan, execute and manage sales campaigns and activities, events, promotions and advertisements
- Develop and create marketing content and manage social media platforms
- Actively involved in public relations and develop media relations to increase publicity and branding awareness
- Provide operational support for training, sales enquiries and e-learning
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
REQUIREMENT:

- Possess Degree/Diploma in Multimedia, Marketing, Business, Digital Learning or any other related discipline qualifications
- Experienced in develop and design e-learning content, Moodle, Articulate Storyline and Adobe Photoshop
- Full ACTA / DACE Qualification is preferred
- Familiar with WSQ Framework and interpretation of WSQ Competency Standards
- Possess strong writing and communication skills
- Time management and planning skills
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- IT Savvy with good interpersonal skills and meticulous with an eye for detail and planning

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
