**Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized **HR Administrative & Training Executive **to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the coordination and logistics of our training programs, provide support to our contracted facilitators, and handle various HR and administrative tasks in relation to the training programs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment and Onboarding**:Lead the recruitment process for facilitators, from posting job advertisements to managing interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- **HR Support**:Assist with HR-related tasks such as performance reviews and benefits administration, working closely with the Operations Assistant Manager.
- **Facilitator Support**:Serve as the main point of contact for contracted facilitators, managing schedules and addressing their inquiries related to in-house trainings.
- **Training Coordination**:Organize and manage the logistics of in-house training sessions, including facilitation resources and facilitators registration.
- **Administrative Support**:Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, maintain accurate records of facilitation sessions, and handle administrative tasks such as confirmations, promotions, and appraisals for all contracted-facilitators.
- **Invoice Processing**:Handle the monthly invoicing process and manage facilitator attendance records.
- **Office Administration**:Provide general office administrative support, including answering phone calls and maintaining professionalism in all communications.
- **Project Management**:Manage ad-hoc projects and special assignments as directed by management when required.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in administrative, training coordination, or HR support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Google Drive.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in handling recruitment processes and managing external contractors is a plus.
