
Training Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support the design and delivery of training programs for business units. This is a key role that requires effective collaboration with HR Learning and Development teams.
The Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day training schedules, logistics, and preparation for various training activities and classes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR L&D teams to design and deliver high-quality training programs.
- Manage training schedules, logistics, and preparation for various training activities and classes.
- Respond to training inquiries from employees, stakeholders, and academy operations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Contribute to process improvement projects to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR, learning and development, or training support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
