Project Director Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project director to lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with teams.
Job Description:
- Oversight of entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
- Development of project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordination of works with sub-contractors, clients, and consultants.
- Ensuring timely and smooth progress of works.
- Maintenance of quality standards and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
- Leadership of a team of project staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Dynamic and motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills.
- Tertiary qualification in construction or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating large-scale projects.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project.
- Construction Safety Course for Project Manager Certificate.
- Mandarin speaking is an essential knowledge due to coordination with Chinese investor and owner.
