Job Title: Construction Project Director

The role is responsible for overseeing the entire operational management of multiple construction projects.

This includes strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring project delivery meets client and regulatory standards.

About the Role:
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee overall business performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Team Management: Provide strong leadership to project managers, engineers, and site teams. This includes recruiting, training, and developing talent to build a high-performance culture.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, from tender submission to execution and handover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources, including human capital, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal project execution.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all local regulations, workplace safety, and health standards for all construction sites.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement proactive measures and mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or issues.
