Construction Project Director

As a seasoned Construction Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects from initiation to closeout. Your key responsibilities include planning and coordinating all phases of construction projects, including project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Liaising with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Maintaining effective communication with project team members and stakeholders is essential to provide project updates, address concerns, and foster strong working relationships. You will also be responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting, and coordinating technical issues, including structure, architecture, M&E, landscape, and interior.
The ultimate goal is to implement and complete construction projects successfully within schedule, cost, and quality. This requires close liaison with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities, setting guidelines, and providing expertise and supervision to the team.
