Job Title: Construction Project Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Project Director to oversee renovation and construction projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of renovation and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaboration with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure effective project planning.
  • Meeting with clients, agents, and business partners to explore new opportunities and maintain existing relationships.
  • Site meetings, client briefings, and site measurements to ensure accurate project progress tracking.
  • Tender document preparation, permit applications, and necessary licenses procurement.
  • Project-related paperwork handling, including permit applications and documentation.
  • Development of project timelines, objectives, and work methods for efficient project execution.
  • Regular project progress updates and monitoring of project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Leading and supervising construction teams on-site and coordinating tasks between subcontractors and in-house workers.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Architecture or Building Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the renovation and construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good technical knowledge of renovation and construction projects from start to finish.
  • Able to work independently and adapt to changing project environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.
