Job Title: Project Director

Job Description">

a) We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our project from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.

b) The successful candidate will coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth project execution process.

">

c) This role involves managing all aspects of the project, including tender interviews, company audits, and project assignments.

">

d) The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing weekly site meetings with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the project stays on track.

">

e) He/She will also be responsible for checking site team documentation, following up on RFI, RFA, Shop Drawings, and submitting them on time to the project team.

">

f) Additionally, the Project Director will follow up on Project Extension of Time Claims due to any project delays.

">

j) He/She will guide and advise QS in negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quotations or pricing fall within the project budget.

">

k) Furthermore, the Project Director will oversee the works of project engineers, site coordinators, site supervisors, and workers to meet project requirements.

">Required Skills & Qualifications">

We are looking for candidates with excellent management skills, particularly those with experience in private industry and residence construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, and possess knowledge of construction, property, agile methodologies, risk management, project delivery, PMP, pricing, and audit practices.
