Job Title: Experienced Mechanical Engineer Wanted for a Variety of Tasks

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced mechanical engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and be able to manage and coordinate mechanical works and services for building construction projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work on a variety of tasks and be part of a dynamic team.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate mechanical works and services for building construction projects.
  • Plan, develop, and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, detailing delays, defects, and necessary rectification measures.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve mechanical-related issues efficiently.
  • Report on mechanical progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience with an M&E Contractor.
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or relevant engineering discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of Project execution processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of local code of practice of design implementation.
  • Local construction knowledge.
