Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing scopes of ACMV/HVAC and ensuring adherence to contract obligations related to company scope.

You will oversee project cost management, ensure timely reporting and communication with clients, stakeholders, and workforce, and ensure compliance with engineering practices and safety implementations in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project cost management and ensure timely reporting and communication with clients, stakeholders, and workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering practices and safety implementations in project management.
  • Plan and implement project schedules, procurement processes, cost management, and contractual fulfilment.
  • Lead and coordinate with team engineers and coordinators to ensure effective communication and execution of tasks.
  • Supervise testing and commissioning of necessary systems and structures.
  • Implement and govern the safety management system on site.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong management, communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, independence, commitment, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience in BIM and Data Center is preferred. Candidates willing to learn and achieve BIM skills/qualifications will be supported.
