Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our project team and facilitate their ability to complete the project on time.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day management of projects and on-site works.
  • This role involves ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of work progress, supervising workers and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out as per schedule and in good quality.
  • In addition, the candidate will be in charge of the planning, assessment and implementation of the whole project safety system and ISO system.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills are essential for this role, with regular interactions with clients and consultants, clarifying requirements, planning, monitoring and controlling the project.
  • The Project Manager will also be responsible for preparing site progress reports and necessary documentation, attending daily site meetings and identifying and resolving site issues effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 15 years relevant experience with at least 10 years project management experience at local projects is essential.
  • Strong technical abilities and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently in a challenging environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels, with good project management skills and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in LTA project is desirable.
