Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the delivery of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project progress and identify critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works;
  • Develop detailed plans to monitor and track project progress;
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques;
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective project execution;
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation;
  • Control costs and measure quantities;
  • Responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, and executing the delivery of projects within time, client expectations; 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of engineering experience with a degree in civil engineering recognized by the PE Board or qualification acceptance to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a resident engineer;
  • At least 8 years of experience in managing design and construction teams.
