Job Title: Experienced Construction Site Manager Wanted

We are seeking a skilled construction professional to lead our site operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily site activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Apply structure construction skills, rebar work expertise, or formwork knowledge as a rebar supervisor or formwork supervisor.
  • Maintain an accurate site schedule to ensure works are completed on time.
  • Analyze architectural and structural drawings, accurately calculating site materials.
  • Liaise with Quantity Surveyors (QS) to monitor work schedules and claims or Variations Orders (VOs).
  • Manage site issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Report to the Project Manager on site matters and progress of work.
  • Attend site meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with safe working procedures at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a supervisor in structure construction is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Possess Certificates of Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course and Formwork Safety Course for Supervisors.
  • Ability to speak and write Chinese fluently.
