Join KT Generation Pte Ltd as a Construction Project Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Director to join KT Generation Pte Ltd in a full-time capacity. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver high-profile construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget while upholding the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for large-scale construction developments, from conceptualization to completion
  • Oversee budgeting, procurement processes, and contract administration
  • Drive site productivity, quality assurance, and effective risk management strategies
  • Enforce compliance with all safety regulations and lead incident investigations when necessary
  • Foster strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies
  • Mentor and assess on-site teams using clear KPIs and performance benchmarks
  • Track project timelines, monitor progress, and manage critical path activities
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, environmental, and industry standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, or Construction Management
  • 12 to 15 years of proven project leadership experience in Singapore, particularly in residential developments such as landed homes and condominiums (experience in commercial facilities is a plus)
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of team coordination, contractor oversight, and performance management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local safety regulations, industry standards (e.g., CONQUAS, Green Mark), and building by-laws
  • Demonstrated success in budget control, procurement strategies, and contract negotiations
  • Proficient in risk assessment, stakeholder communication, and strategic decision-making
  • Experienced with project planning tools and construction schedule management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in client and consultant engagement
  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or Burmese will be an added advantage
