Full Cycle Project Manager

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced Full Cycle Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors projects.

  • Deliver full lifecycle project management for SAP SuccessFactors, including data gathering and analysis, project design, implementation, post-implementation support, and roll-out.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and solve complex business problems, requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Implement projects for clients in Singapore using SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with regional COE teams for various activities, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience working in a consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful implementations, with active hands-on techno-functional experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of HCM/SF modules, with functional and technical skills across various industries.
  • Certification in at least two SuccessFactors modules is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in business analysis, business knowledge, testing, architecture knowledge, technical solution design, and functional solution design.
  • Experience in presales is desirable, with ability to learn and deliver additional modules.
  • Fully vaccinated, with expertise in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementation processes.
  • Flexible to work across the delivery landscape, including Agile Applications Development, Support, and Deployment.
  • Responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment, and release management.
  • Currently residing in Singapore and able to work onsite.
