As an SAP SuccessFactors consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing successful projects that meet the needs of our clients in Singapore.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand business and system requirements
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, proposing solutions, and estimating resources to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
  • Configuring and customizing SAP solutions to enhance functionality and optimize application performance
  • Staying updated with the latest advancements, trends, and best practices in SAP technologies

You will also have the opportunity to lead or participate in business process analysis, testing, system cutover, documentation, and training of system functionality. In addition, you will collaborate with other functional and technical teams to ensure quality delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of SAP implementation and/or application support experience
  • Deep experience in SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • At least 1-2 end-to-end implementation project experiences for entities with Singapore HR and payroll requirements
  • Self-motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
