SAP SuccessFactors Project Lead Job Description
Key Responsibilities
You will oversee the successful implementation of complex SuccessFactors projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. As a seasoned professional, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage project scope, and coordinate with clients to meet their needs.
This role requires a high degree of technical expertise in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, as well as exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide team members. You must be able to travel frequently within Singapore and work onsite.
Requirements- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting in Singapore
- Active hands-on experience working with Singapore clients' HR teams and customer fronting
- Technical and functional skills in all areas of HCM/SF modules in Singapore consulting environment
- Certification in at least 2 SuccessFactors modules
- Possess business analysis, testing, architecture knowledge, technical & functional solution design skills
