SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead complex implementation projects and manage cross-functional teams. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting environment
- Active hands-on techno-functional experience in SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical & functional Solution Design
