Roles & Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will play a crucial role in the successful implementation, optimization, and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules, also lead project phases, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in all phases of SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Provide expert functional and technical consulting on various SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management).
  • Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to understand business processes and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet specific client requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT),post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations & training.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and consulting.
  • Proven expertise in at least 3 core SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and their integration with SAP SuccessFactors.

Preferred:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in relevant modules.
  • Experience with integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS/ERP systems.
