Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced project manager to lead the implementation of our SAP SuccessFactors solution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from start to finish, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage entire project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in business analysis, business knowledge, testing, architecture knowledge, and technical & functional solution design
