From crafting go‐to‐market plans to running campaigns end‐to‐end, you’ll take full ownership — budgets, timelines, outcomes. We’re looking for a self‐starter who treats the marketing function as if it’s their own business — someone who’s proactive, resourceful, and accountable for delivering results from strategy through to execution. Key Responsibilities Own the strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans that align with business goals and drive measurable growth. Run it like a business: Manage budgets, timelines, and priorities with a P&L mindset, ensuring ROI for every activity. Lead from the front: Drive campaigns end‐to‐end — from market research and positioning to creative execution and performance tracking. Be resourceful: Identify opportunities, solve problems, and adapt quickly without waiting for instruction. Cross‐functional leadership: Partner with sales, product, and operations to ensure seamless go‐to‐market execution. Data‐driven decisions: Use analytics and insights to refine strategies and deliver better outcomes. Your Impact As a trusted leader and subject matter expert, you will: Strategic Advisory: Generate plans for countries including: Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines. Trusted Advisor: Build trusted relationships with key partners, customers and prospects through marketing campaigns. Thought Leadership: Establish Anaplan at industry events, in thought leadership opportunities, and through social media. What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing marketing programs with measurable success -10+ years in Field Marketing roles Experience in high technology B2B enterprise software field marketing required; SaaS/on‐demand software experience highly desired.
