The HRIS Manager will oversee the administration and enhancement of our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure accuracy, security, and functionality of HR data.
This role involves optimizing HR processes and providing user support and training. The HRIS Manager will play a critical role in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of HR operations, contributing to the University's mission and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- System Administration & Business Process Enhancement
- Perform system administration and enhance core functionality of the HRIS.
- Lead efforts to determine user requirements, propose designs, and test system solutions.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders to understand and address business needs.
- Configure business processes in the applications based on business requirements.
- Participate in application upgrade impact analysis and manage upgrades effectively.
- Operational Support
- Provide comprehensive operational support for Workday, including event and incident management, troubleshooting, and break/fix scenarios.
- Rescind, correct, and advance workflows or transactions as needed.
- Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in HR Consultancy, HR technology or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge on HRIS systems, especially in Workday with strong functional and technical skills in Core HR, Recruitment, Learning, Performance Management and Time and Attendance.
- Proven project management full life cycle experience would be an advantage.
- Candidates with HR Change Management experience would be advantageous.
- Possess good experience and exposure in client facing and implementation roles.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in HR Consultancy, HR technology or a related field.
- Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
- Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
