Occupational Therapist, DCD

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a specialist in developmental coordination disorder (DCD), you will be responsible for assessing and providing intervention for children with DCD and their families.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each child.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for children with DCD, autism, learning difficulties, and developmental delay.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to implement strategies that promote their child's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Work effectively with our multidisciplinary team to provide seamless care that meets the child's medical, therapeutic, and educational needs.
  • Conduct assessments, interventions, and program evaluations to ensure optimal outcomes for our patients.

Key Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Experience working with children with DCD and other developmental disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
