Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of children.

  • Design and implement play-based interventions to enhance developmental & cognitive skills.
  • Utilise evidence-based techniques to support improvements in sensory motor, language, cognitive, social-emotional development, and more.
  • Monitor and document child progress, making data-driven adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
  • Conduct comprehensive standardised assessments and observational methods to evaluate potential learning challenges.
  • Educate families with strategies and resources to support their child's development at home.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood, Linguistics, Sports Science or related fields. Experience working with children is an advantage. The ability to work on weekends is required.
