Job Title: Child Development Specialist

Our organisation is seeking a dedicated and passionate child development specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters the growth and development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a class in teaching and routine care responsibilities, guiding children under your care to achieve their full potential.
  • Plan and implement curriculum and programmes suitable for each child's development, identifying emerging trends to keep learning innovative.
  • Build strong relationships with centre staff, families, and community partners from diverse backgrounds.
  • Conduct routine caregiving, continually seeking ways to improve quality and service delivery.
  • Uplift professional practice, promoting high-quality service standards through exceptional leadership.

Requirements:

  • Early Childhood Qualification or Diploma In Early Childhood – Teaching.
  • Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, working effectively with staff, professionals, parents, families, and community partners from diverse cultures.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and passionate about promoting children's learning and development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word.
