Business Development team
and looking for energetic
Inside Sales Associates
to help us reach new heights
Responsibilities
Qualify outbound leads through CRM platforms and engagement tools
Conduct outbound prospecting via
calls and email outreach
to generate new business opportunities
Understand client challenges and recommend relevant digital solutions (e.g., SEO, Performance Marketing, Web Development, etc.)
Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and Business Development Managers
Assist in the preparation of proposals and sales presentation materials
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system
Follow up on dormant leads and
nurture them through the sales funnel
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and the agency’s offerings
Requirements
Prior experience in
telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales
is preferred
(Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are welcome to apply)
Strong communication skills
Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality
Able to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude
Proactive, responsible, and a
strong team player
Comfortable working with
performance targets and KPIs
Bonus points for experience in
B2B sales, consultative selling, media sales,
or
digital marketing services
