We're expanding our dynamic Business Development team and looking for energetic Inside Sales Associates to help us reach new heights

Responsibilities
  • Qualify outbound leads through CRM platforms and engagement tools
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls and email outreach to generate new business opportunities
  • Understand client challenges and recommend relevant digital solutions (e.g., SEO, Performance Marketing, Web Development, etc.)
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and Business Development Managers
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and sales presentation materials
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow up on dormant leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and the agency's offerings
Requirements
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales is preferred

    (Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are welcome to apply)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality
  • Able to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude
  • Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player
  • Comfortable working with performance targets and KPIs
  • Bonus points for experience in B2B sales, consultative selling, media sales, or digital marketing services
