As our Inside Sales Associate, you will be actively pursuing Customer Lifetime Value with your negotiation and upselling skills. You will proactively communicate with customers and demonstrate Hmlet’s offerings through various means or channels. Ultimately, you will help Hmlet meet and surpass business goals and contribute to Hmlet’s revenue growth rapidly and sustainably.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Generating demand through existing customers follow up, identify sales opportunities.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers with the objective of increasing the rate of renewals, increase retention, grow profitability and grow customer base.
- Updating and reporting results on sales performance metrics, consistently meeting sales activity to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Owning and maximizing Net Promoter Score at different stages of the customer journey. Coordinating Move-in & Move-out with our customers.
- Work in close collaboration and communication with internal Hmlet teams, such as operations, sales and marketing, to coordinate scalable activities and initiatives.

**The skills, attitude and experience we require are**:

- A minimum of 1+ years’ relevant work experience preferably in sales or account management in lodging, hospitality, real estate industry or event management.
- Sales hunter style with enthusiastic, adaptable and with ability to act on own initiative and as a member of a team
- Excellent business acumen with meticulous communication, organizational and interpersonal skills needed to generate revenue in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for working with people, and an ability to connect effectively with diverse personalities and cultures
- Strong problem resolution and customer driven.
- A hands-on and lead-by-example style
- Highly detail-oriented and driven to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Experience in using CRM is preferred.
- Proficient in English, additional languages are highly valued
