If you’re someone who loves providing customer service, this would be the perfect role for you An excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic e-commerce environment Job Position: E-Commerce Customer Service Officer Roles & Responsibilities: Manage company’s presence on Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok and other relevant e-commerce platforms. Managing chats on all e-commerce platforms. Respond to customers’ enquiries about products, shipping, returns, exchanges / other topics. Providing accurate information on product pricing, product information, product availability and order status. Handling returns and keeping track of faulty items. Gather customer reviews and feedback, addressing issues promptly to team and maintain positive brand reputation. Other customer-service related tasks related to online purchases. Any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned to support branding. Requirements: Candidates must possess the minimum requirement of GCE O'Level qualification and above, with a pass in English grade . Fluent in Written and Spoken English Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Drive. Excellent communication skills to address customers’ needs and concerns. Problem-solving skills to resolve issues and find solutions efficiently. Time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively. Willingness to learn. Responsible and independent. Able to work on weekends and public holidays. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
