What the role is:
You play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution and advisory for administrative and finance matters for Peace Vanguard Detachment Operations. You will be based overseas for this position.
What you will be working on:
- Handle administrative matters, such as temporary accommodation bookings, allowance administration and personnel in/out briefings
- Maintain oversight of executive tasks
- Handle financial responsibilities, such as claims processing, deployment arrangements, air tickets and accommodation booking, and funds budgeting
Challenges:- Having strong knowledge on relevant manpower and finance guidelines and directives
- Working well with multiple stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- Education in Human Resources, Finance or a related field is preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
