What the role is: You manage Human Resource (HR) functions to enhance organisational performance and employee engagement. You will be based overseas for this position.
What you will be working on
Oversee manpower planning and administration
Manage employee welfare programmes
Implement rewards and recognition systems
Handle career and performance management
Execute HR policies and governance
Coordinate with external stakeholders
Challenge(s) – Coordinating with diverse stakeholders
Advising Commanders on HR policies
What we are looking for
Strong HR knowledge and experience
Excellent multitasking abilities
Cultural awareness and sensitivity
Stakeholder management skills
