What you will be working on:
You oversee the Human Resource (HR) support to the active population in Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Command and Tengah Air Base on matters relating to Regimentation and Discipline, Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT), Body Mass Index (BMI), Health Screening Programme, Physical Employment Standards (PES) Review, and Events Management.
What we are looking for:
You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 2 years' working experience. Having experience in human resources and a strong foundation in administration is advantageous. Possession of good interpersonal and communication skills, along with a positive mindset to deliver excellent HR service, is essential for success. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. (Applicants with no experience may apply.) Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
