Job Overview Job Title: Indian Curry & Tandoor Chef Location: East Region Working Hours: 6 days, 44 hours per week Salary: $4000 to $5000Responsibilities Prepare authentic Indian curries and manage the tandoor section (e.g. naan, tandoori meats, kebabs)Ensure consistency and quality in all Indian dishes prepared Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service Minimize food wastage and manage inventory efficiently Assist in the creation of new Indian dishes and seasonal menus Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in Indian cooking techniques and recipes Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards Maintain proper use and care of all tandoor equipment and cooking tools Be flexible to assist in other sections of the kitchen when needed Attend training sessions or meetings as scheduled Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Management Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Indian curry and tandoor cooking Strong understanding of Indian spices, herbs, and traditional cooking methods Good communication and teamwork skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
