Client Delivery Manager - Datacenter Management

You will be strategically focused on ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining communication, and managing the overall client relationship to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Additionally, you will work with delivery managers to ensure timely project delivery that aligns with the client's business needs, along with having profit and loss responsibilities and overseeing personnel development for efficient operations.The MS Client Delivery Management role at NTT DATA involves managing one or more MS Client Delivery Specialists to support the business and maintain the company's reputation. This includes overall contract management for local, small, and low to medium complexity client contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, service delivery, and contract profitability. Key responsibilities include leading and coaching a team, ensuring service delivery aligns with agreements, collaborating with various stakeholders, and driving service delivery excellence through team motivation and performance.Key Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead and coach a team of Service Delivery Specialists- Ensure services are delivered as per agreements and contracts- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and select vendors- Proactively engage with suppliers to resolve issues- Manage operating budgets and billing processes- Consult legal representatives for contract escalations- Review proposals and ensure alignment with growth objectives- Contribute to pre-sales processes and provide advice- Drive service delivery excellence and resolve contractual issues- Partner with the organization for talent acquisition and team utilizationKnowledge, Skills, and Attributes:- Leadership and coaching abilities- Relationship-building and collaboration skills- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Client-centric approach and business acumen- Analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure- Initiative-driven with a commitment to successAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:- Bachelor's or equivalent degree with related experience- ITIL certificationRequired Experience:- Senior-level client engagement experience- Experience in Managed Services and/or Support Services environment- Experience managing service delivery teams or related functionsAbout NTT DATA:NTT DATA is a global innovator of business and technology services, serving Fortune Global 100 companies with a commitment to innovation, optimization, and transformation.
