Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the delivery of managed services to clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall contract management for local, small, and low to medium complexity client contracts.
  • Ensure services are delivered according to agreed service definitions and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of managed services to clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement methods, evaluate options, and select appropriate vendors.
  • Proactively engage with suppliers to resolve incidents and performance issues.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing client concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet client demands.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to service delivery.
  • Review proposals and ensure they align with the company's growth objectives and client's best interests.
  • Monitor service performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance service quality.
  • Develop reporting mechanisms to track service delivery KPIs and provide updates to clients and senior management.
  • Contribute to pre-sales processes by providing information and advice on approaching clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service delivery against agreed SLAs.
  • Motivate the team to deliver exceptional performance.
  • Resolve contractual issues and ensure obligations are met.
  • Lead and mentor a team to meet goals and deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess advanced understanding of the IT services industry, managed services, client needs, leadership and management, communication, project management, problem-solving, budgeting, and client relationship management. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business, relevant ITIL certification, and experience in managed services environment are required.
