Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Network Expansion Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our agent business network. Your primary focus will be on identifying and establishing partnerships with logistics agents to support our business growth and service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our freight/logistics services to overseas agents.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing agents to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Work closely with internal departments (Operations, Sales, Customer Service) to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with agents.
  • Monitor agent performance and provide feedback or solutions for improvement.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives to promote the company's brand and agent services.
  • Contribute to the development and launch of promotional materials, such as flyers and social media campaigns.
  • Utilize social media platforms to engage with overseas prospects and build brand awareness.
  • Travel opportunities available to expand our global reach.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience with image and video editing software is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations and agent network models.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
