Job Description:

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expansion throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with company offices, agents, and key account customers to foster a collaborative network.
  • Communicate company strategy and policies effectively to all European offices, ensuring seamless integration and alignment.
  • Manage and supervise the performance of European offices to drive business success.
  • Coordinate the establishment of new European offices, including the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue potential.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the European regional development market to inform business decisions.
  • Enhance the cohesion of the network by coordinating trade-related issues between countries and European offices.
  • Negotiate service agreements with approved agents to secure favorable terms that benefit our organization.
  • Design solutions to support new product/service launches in Europe, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Optimize profitability through better buying and cost minimization strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred for advanced leadership roles.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Director or similar senior position, demonstrating strategic leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of industry dynamics and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to build strong relationships and drive results.
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals, driving business growth and expansion.
