Job Title: Business Development Professional - Retail Network Expansion

Business Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to expand our retail network for decorative paints. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand the retail network by onboarding new partners and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
  • Conduct regular visits to dealers, hardware stores, and paint retailers to drive sales, train staff, and introduce new products.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities such as in-store demos, painter loyalty programs to create pull from end customers.
  • Monitor competitor activities, retail trends, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on expanding market share in the decorative paints category.
  • Enhance dealer performance by providing product knowledge, promotional materials, and sales tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
