Durasafe Pte Ltd is a leading provider of industrial safety equipment and solutions across Asia. As part of our strategic expansion into Busan South Korea, we are seeking a driven and globally-minded Business Development Executive to lead our market entry and growth efforts. This role is designed to support activities including overseas business development and market setup.You will play a key role in developing Durasafe's presence in Busan South Korea by identifying business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting localization efforts. This position offers overseas exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and a clear pathway for career growth in international business.Key Responsibilities Conduct market research and feasibility analysis for Busan South Korea Identify and engage potential distributors, partners, and clients Support localization of product offerings and marketing strategies Coordinate logistics, pricing, and regulatory compliance with HQ Represent Durasafe Singapore at Korean trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations for management Track KPIs and provide insights on market traction and expansion strategy Requirements Diploma in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field Fluency in English; Korean language proficiency is a strong advantage Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Willingness to travel and adapt to diverse cultural environments Experience in industrial safety or B2B sectors is preferred Duration of contract: 01 Dec 2025 - 31 Dec 2026 What We Offer Structured training and mentorship from senior executives Overseas travel and career development opportunities Exposure to cross-border business strategy and execution A collaborative, multicultural work environment Oversea travel allowance / insurance Ready to lead Durasafe's expansion into Korea-and grow your career in the process?
