Base pay range
Looking to hire a Client Servicing Manager for my fintech client within the Business Banking space. Focus would be on Invoice Financing.
Responsibilities
Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets by managing and nurturing existing client relationships.
Cultivate positive, enduring relationships within existing client organisations.
Proactively monitor activity and engagement levels of existing clients, identifying issues that may impact future business and collaborating with relevant departments to resolve them promptly.
Skills and qualifications
An ideal candidate should have good communication and analytical skills. A diploma is minimally required and you should have lending background. Importantly, you should be self-motivated with strong knowledge of Invoice Financing products.
