Service Trainer, Patient Experience Office (2 years contract) - Education
Location:Singapore, North
Work Type:Contract
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare course materials, brainstorm on ideas to ensure engagement and effectiveness of the training sessions
Conduct service training on a weekly basis to various groups of stakeholders
Continuously improve course content aligned with the organization’s culture and initiatives
Requirements:
General degree from a recognized institution with a minimum of 8 years of experience in service training or coaching work
Trainer/Facilitator/Coach certification (e.g., ACTA certified with strong track records in facilitating service training for diverse abilities learners) is advantageous
Minimum of 5 years of experience in coaching/training of service personnel with diverse abilities
Strong facilitation/coaching and interpersonal skills to manage learners from diverse backgrounds
