Looking for an exciting marketing role that will challenge your creativity and strategic thinking? Look no further than Singtel's Performance Marketing Manager position The individual will be part of the Marketing Communications team and will be responsible to keep abreast of digital marketing trends, attribution models and implement tools to track the effectiveness of our direct / digital marketing campaigns.
Reporting to the Director, Performance & Retail Marketing you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on optimizing performance across various digital marketing channels, such as paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing. You will play a key role in driving measurable results and maximizing return on investment (ROI) through effective campaign planning, execution, tracking, and analysis.

- To drive new subscriber growth through paid media channels.
- To work with media agencies to set the yearly media strategy for various ‘always on’ campaigns.
- Setting monthly & yearly KPIs for media agencies to achieve.
- Review of campaign performance reports regularly with team members on budgets and recommend optimisations to the digital campaign.
- Review of campaign performance against business targets regularly to ensure that the campaign is on track to achieve the business targets.
- Understanding of a full marketing funnel to review campaign effectiveness across omnichannel.
- Use a process of testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations
- Use a data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
- Work closely with various business functions to analyse paid media performance, internal sales data and interpret trends to identify opportunities for the business.
- To translate business objectives to paid media KPI that is executable and achievable in digital marketing.
Skills for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field (or equivalent commercial experience) with 5 years in performance-based marketing.
- 5+ years of experience in performance-based marketing
- Detailed understanding/knowledge of paid media advertising
- Ability to effectively manage media agency
- Excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools and the ability to consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources
- Attention to details and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere in a multiple stakeholder environment.
- The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives
- An energetic and willing attitude
- Strong communication skills: written & oral and ability to quickly build strong relationships internally.
