Our client is an innovative and fast-growing company at the forefront of the Biotechnology industry. Due to continued business growth, we are being retained to seek a highly motivated and results-driven Regional and CRM Marketing Manager to join the regional team based in Singapore.

As a Regional Marketing and CRM Manager, you will drive marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on market intelligence, marketing communications, and digital marketing efforts for the APAC region with a strong focus on China and Korean markets.

Responsibilities

CRM and Sales Support
  • Work closely with Asia commercial team to develop marketing initiatives, support specific customer needs, and increase business
  • Be the point person for CRM topics in Asia working closely will global and Asia team
Market Intelligence
  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Monitor and track competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on market research findings.
Marketing Communications
  • Manage and execute marketing communication activities, including conferences, events, scientific seminars, and tradeshows.
  • Develop marketing collaterals, ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective communication materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Work closely with global HQ to localize marketing campaigns, and develop market-specific campaigns to be deployed.
Digital Marketing Initiatives
  • Lead digital marketing efforts with a primary focus on China and Korea, more particularly on WeChat marketing for China
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Measure and analyze digital marketing performance, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
Marketing Campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns to generate leads and support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Project Management
  • Take ownership of the website revamp project, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the website's user experience, design, and content align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Oversee the timely and successful completion of the website revamp project.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with at least 8 years of experience in B2B marketing within a similar industry.
  • Fluent in Mandarin is essential to effectively handle the China market.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, especially WeChat, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Previous experience in the biotechnology industry is a plus.
