As a Regional Marketing and CRM Manager, you will drive marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on market intelligence, marketing communications, and digital marketing efforts for the APAC region with a strong focus on China and Korean markets.
Responsibilities
CRM and Sales Support
- Work closely with Asia commercial team to develop marketing initiatives, support specific customer needs, and increase business
- Be the point person for CRM topics in Asia working closely will global and Asia team
- Conduct thorough market research to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Monitor and track competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats in the market.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on market research findings.
- Manage and execute marketing communication activities, including conferences, events, scientific seminars, and tradeshows.
- Develop marketing collaterals, ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective communication materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
- Work closely with global HQ to localize marketing campaigns, and develop market-specific campaigns to be deployed.
- Lead digital marketing efforts with a primary focus on China and Korea, more particularly on WeChat marketing for China
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Measure and analyze digital marketing performance, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
- Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns to generate leads and support business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of the website revamp project, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the website's user experience, design, and content align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Oversee the timely and successful completion of the website revamp project.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience with at least 8 years of experience in B2B marketing within a similar industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin is essential to effectively handle the China market.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, especially WeChat, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to inform marketing strategies.
- Previous experience in the biotechnology industry is a plus.
