And, as such

I need a truly responsible and on-the-ball Performance Marketing Manager ready for a challenge.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Communicating with a portfolio of clients during the campaign, build good rapport with them and care for their results.
- Write/ work with our copywriter to craft compelling copy for Facebook Ads headline, body copies using direct response marketing strategies.
- Write/ work with our copywriter to craft compelling copy for Google Ads, headlines, descriptions
- Write/ work with our copywriter to craft copy for landing pages
- Produce/ work with our graphic designer on eye-catching images
- Manage and deliver copywriting and media buying projects within the agreed-upon timeframes.
- Analyze analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilize conversion rate optimization tactics (i.e. A/B, split-testing, etc.) to squeeze as much ROI as humanly possible out of each dollar spent.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent command of English (must score at least B3 for English)
- Minimum 2 years of experience or a proven portfolio of past existing Facebook Ads, Google Ads campaigns
- Excellent communication & people's skills. (ie. build rapport with clients, attentive to detail and time management, interest to deliver results for clients)
- Must understand how Facebook Ads / Google Ads works & high converting landing page + what makes a good direct response copy
- Must have the ability to follow instructions & be a team player (ie. Document down changes that have been made so that the client or your team know what has been done to optimize the campaign)
- Must know how to look at stats (CTR, Conversion Rate on landing page, A/B Split Testing of copy/offer, Google Optimize) to provide optimization steps
- Positive “can-do” attitude, willingness to step out of comfort zone, a desire to extend existing skills and be a problem solver.
- Able to work in a start-up culture and with a small team.
- ROI and sales driven (ie. Get rewarded with comms on top of base pay)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
