Internship Opportunity – 3-6 Months (Hybrid based in Singapore)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to join us remotely for a 3-4 month

internship. This role will allow you to gain hands-on experience in consulting work, with a

focus on business transformation projects and B2B marketing. You will work closely with

our team of consultants and the marketing department to deliver quality work to our clients

while helping to develop relevant marketing materials to promote our services.

Responsibilities:


• Conduct research on business transformation practices and organizational change.


• Create content such as slides, case studies, reports, and marketing materials.


• Assist in designing surveys to collect data and tell data-driven stories from the project.


• Support the consultants in delivering high-quality work to clients.


• Help develop marketing materials, including case studies, for B2B promotion.


• Collaborate using Microsoft Teams and Notion for project management and

communication.


• Work with consultants and the marketing team on ongoing projects.


• Develop a final case study, including data collection and analysis, along with a set of

marketing materials to promote our services.

Requirements:


• University student or fresh graduate with a demonstrated interest in organizational

psychology and B2B marketing.


• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ChatGPT / Agentic AI, Coda, PowerPoint, and Excel.


• Interest in organizational change, consulting, business psychology and marketing.


• Strong research and content creation skills.


• Ability to work remotely with flexible scheduling, alongside regular check-ins.


• Language: Full professional proficiency in both English & Chinese is required

Outcome:

By the end of the internship, you will have developed a comprehensive case study, including

data collected and commented on, and created a set of marketing materials to help promote

the work we do at Emerge Performance.
