About the OD Team The Organisation Development (OD) team in MHA seeks to enhance the organisation performance and health of MHA by: 1. Building an engaged workforce 2. Shaping organisation culture and facilitating behavioural change 3. Building organisation development capability in the organisation

**What you will be working on**
- The Senior Executive (OD) achieves the above through these key activities: 1. Design, plan and implement organisation diagnosis to help understand the organisation’s overall performance and effectiveness, strengths and opportunities for improvement 2. Formulate recommendations and design fit-for-purpose interventions to enhance organisation effectiveness 3. Design and run engagement platforms for senior management to engage staff such as townhalls, dialogue sessions 4. Design and implement programmes to foster cohesion and unity, as well as a sense of identity and pride in the organisation 5. Facilitate smoother transitions, acceptance and change adoption through change management consultancy and stakeholder engagement 6. Build OD capability in the organisation by creating an appreciation and understanding of Organisation Development in MHA’s key internal partners and stakeholders

**What we are looking for**
- Degree in relevant disciplines including but not limited to organisational psychology, management studies, behavioural science, human resource, sociology, communications, or equivalent competencies will be preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Strong project and stakeholder management skills - Self-directed problem solver - Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to experiment - At least 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Organisation Development, change management or other related areas - Only Singaporeans need apply
