We produce highly convertible leads for high-growth companies in various industries such as healthcare, finance, immigration, services, etc. Responsibilities Manage a team of 3+ Lead Generation Specialists (i.e., Performance Marketing Executives / Assistant Managers)Responsible for lead generation for our advertisers through social platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and biddable platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, etc. You will be responsible for the campaign strategy and managing lead generation as a whole by guiding the team to perform the following activities: Create, launch and manage lead-generation campaigns (paid digital advertising campaigns)Develop compelling ad copy and concepts for ad design (banners, videos and landing pages)Collaborate with web developers, designers and content writers to produce landing pages, banners, videos or other creatives required for campaigns Measure, analyse and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Optimise campaign performance to achieve the target number of leads Team building and recruitment Recruit the team and maintain a strong lead-generation specialists team Demonstrate the lead-generation plan and activities to advertisers and provide reporting Other ad-hoc tasks / responsibilities as assigned Requirements 5+ years of experience in a performance marketing role in a digital marketing agency Team management experience of 2+ years Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Advertising Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Premium Leads Pte.
