If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across most digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Performance marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across several platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok, Reddit, LinkedIn etc
- Come up with new performance marketing strategies and campaigns to grow Privyr’s user base and meet ambitious growth target
- Work with design to execute on the planned campaigns
- Monitor and track progress, and come up with ways to improve existing campaigns
- Develop robust mathematically driven frameworks to AB test and scale campaigns in order to maximize ROAS

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing at a product-based company with $20k+ being spent monthly or marketing alone
- You’ve extensively used social media ads such as Facebook Ads, and have a deep understanding of performance marketing in general
- Keen visual sense to uphold brand design standards while running campaigns
- You’re proficient with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- You are comfortable with data-driven approach to testing a hypothesis

- You have worked in a team marketing software tech products
- You have managed performance marketing budgets of $50k+ for a tech company
