Performance Marketing Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, implement and monitor high performing marketing campaigns in social media and print platforms to drive awareness and conversions
- Outline measurement solutions and appropriate campaign structures based on Key Performance Indicators
- Utilisation of tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot and Power BI to derive actionable insights, track campaign performance and continuously optimise marketing efforts
- Oversee the development of creative materials, templates and collaterals for events, partnerships and programming
- Content creation, social media marketing strategy development and management of social media channels and platforms
- Hands-on in the writing and editing process for social media marketing
- Build and manage existing relationships and new contacts within business and industry media
- Provide guidance to stakeholders and internal teams on digital marketing
- Ensure consistency with the branding guidelines and in alignment with regulatory and stakeholders
- Partnership with internal and external parties to deliver campaign contents creation and execution

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing or its equivalent with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role
- Experience in leading and managing SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Strong in project management and analysing data to deliver actionable insights
- IT Savvy with a strategic and creative mindset
- Always keeping up to date and best practices in online marketing
